Shipping policy

After an order is placed through FishingCoins.com, our staff will review and fulfill the order within 3 business days.

If there are any issues, our staff will reach out to the customer using the contact information supplied during checkout. If an issue arises and the customer does not respond to staff communication within 5 business days, the order will be refunded/cancelled. 

For orders of significant value we may contact the customer prior to shipment in order to verify/confirm certain details.

If a customer errs by submitting incorrect/wrong address information or makes any error(s) which cause an order to be shipped to the wrong address, FishingCoins.com does not accept responsibility and the order will not be refunded. 

Shipping rates are calculated based on the products ordered, method selected by customer, handling costs, and packaging costs.
